Quick Start Guide

1. Download the installer from the download page and run it.

Sales

Sales Process

1. Create a quote: select customer, add products, set prices.

2. Convert the approved quote into a sales order.

3. Generate a dispatch note from the order and plan shipment.

4. Convert the dispatch note to a sales invoice.

5. Record payments from cash register or bank account.

6. View revenue, profitability, and customer analysis in sales reports.

e-Invoice Integration

1. Enter your integrator details in Settings > e-Transformation.

2. Query e-Invoice taxpayer status to check customer eligibility.

3. Send the sales invoice as an e-Invoice after creation.

4. Automatically generate e-Archive invoices and export as PDF.

5. View incoming e-Invoices and create accounting entries.

6. Issue electronic dispatch notes with e-Waybill.

Reporting

Backup

Backup and Restore

Safely backup and restore your data with ImajSuite Backup.

1. Open the ImajSuite Backup module from the main menu.

2. Select the database to backup and the target location.

3. Perform a manual backup or set up automatic scheduling.

4. Check the verification report after backup completes.

5. Select the backup file and target server for restoration.

6. Verify data integrity after the restore process.
